Google has announced that it is rolling out three new features on Google Chrome. The new features aim to offer more helpful search suggestions in Chrome based on what others are looking for, and even see results when your internet connection is poor.
Let’s delve into the new features of Google Chrome.

Personalised popular searches
When you’re logged into Chrome and open a new tab on your desktop, you’ll notice suggestions in the Google Search box that are tailored to your previous searches. These suggestions are based on what others with similar interests have been looking for. For instance, if you recently searched for “Japchae,” you might see recommendations for other popular Korean dishes.

See more images for suggested searches
Before, Chrome would only show images for search suggestions in the address bar if they matched a specific product you were searching for, like an “Isanti dining table.” But what if you didn’t have a particular table in mind but wanted something bohemian-inspired? Now, on both Android and iOS, Chrome will display helpful images for broader shopping categories and products based on simpler searches, such as “bohemian table.”
Search suggestions even with a poor connection
When your smartphone experiences a weak connection, accessing necessary information becomes challenging. Chrome for both Android and iOS now boasts enhanced on-device capabilities, ensuring search suggestions are available even in poor network conditions. This means users can also expect more beneficial suggestions, even while browsing in Incognito Mode.
