Whirlpool does not have spare parts of the fridge if it breaks down. I have spent ₹8000 for fridge repair with authorised service personnel, it doesn’t cool. We have to pay ₹600 rupees just for the service personnel visit. They don’t fix the issue in first visit.They say the item need to be ordered.After few days they say the part is no longer manufactured. Again ₹600 for the visit.Strange thing is the fridge model currently is in sale.

My father purchased 265 L, 4 star product on 04.01.2020. The motor has already broken now. Once you buy the fridge, the service personnel will give you combo offer of buying stand, vguard. But check the prices outside it is much lower. They are just cheating us in the name of combo offers.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT THE FREEZER WAS NOT WORKING SINCE DAY 1 AFTER THE DEMO , EVEN AFTER 14 HOURS WATER IN THE FREEZER AND NOT CONVERTED TO ICE ..AMAZON IS GETTING IT SORTED ..AWAITING VALUE FOR MONEY
