The media could not be loaded. Â [UPDATED FINAL REVIEW]This is a good tv, especially for the price.PICTURE QUALITY is great for bright, colourful content. HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision content is also enjoyable. Sports watching is also a nice experience thanks to the motion handling. Darker scenes are mediocre but I will mention below why this surprised me.SOUND QUALITY is very good. Clarity is great. I think this will be apt for a small room. If you want truly rich audio output for a bigger room, I would suggest a speaker system regardless. I have a Logitech 5.1 Dolby Digital speaker setup attached to it via Optical and use both the speakers and the TV for audio output simultaneously. The result is good.GOOGLE TV OS is simple to use and the navigation+remote work well. The system can lag slightly when using the menus over heavy 4K/HDR content, but it is not a big deal since it is only minor lag. The variety of settings available is nice to have so you can personalize everything (picture, sound, inputs, Google account, etc) according to your taste. The far-field microphone is fantastic for voice control and Google assistant.IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW: Why I am not giving this TV a 5 star rating.1. Keep in mind that the 65 inch version of this tv is an IPS panel, unlike the other sizes which all have VA panels. This means black levels are not the best but viewing angles are good on the 65 inch. All the reviews and information online suggested this TV had a VA panel. There was no word from VU that the 65 inch variant did not have a VA panel, so was initially disappointed when I saw the black levels in a completely dark room. This is not a deal breaker as turning on a dim light in the room improves the experience. I do think their marketing/product information was slightly misleading in this regard. I would like to encourage VU to give more accurate and responsible product information going forward.2. I received a total of 3 GloLED units, of which the first two had poor light bleeding issues and screen uniformity issues. But that has now been resolved to a great extent by replacing the faulty units. While this was concerning, I was reassured that the brand would provide assistance until the issue was sorted. The VU senior management was very responsive and professional during this process. They listened to the issues, took feedback and acted with urgency. I appreciate this a lot. But due to this lengthy process, which required a lot of patience and effort, I am taking away 1 star from my final rating. For those looking for exceptional black levels, I would suggest you look at stretching your budget for an LG/Sony OLED. For everyone else looking for good performance on a budget, this TV will do the job just fine.Overall, I would recommend this TV, especially for the price.

I purchased VU gloled 55 inches TV after suggestion from my techie friends and online study. Technician from amazon came to my home for installation in drunken mode. But I compromised with him due to busy schedule of work. He installed tv with his small screws instead of VU standard wall screws. He did whatever he want. Proper installation was not performed.I just calm down then later i gave a complaint to amazon and VU Customer services. Amazon was not properly responded till now. But from VU side i got a huge response of problem solving. Min 3 to 4 customercare executives spoke with me, finally VU’s vice President mr prashanth phoned me and apologized me for inconvenience happened to me. He told drunken technician is not from VU. I feel good for VU’s Top level executives have interaction with me. From bottom to top level VUs Team in touch with me for a month to resolve my issue due to i stayed away from home. Before few days back technician came to my home again from vu. He reinstalled my tv in perfect position with dedication. I never expect this much customer friendly behaviour from VU Thank you very much VU. Kudos to VU Team…

I always buy and recommend Samsung Sony or LG for TV. But, I had a hard budget this time and chose Vu because my friends have been using it for at least 4-5 years without much issues. While the delivery and installation were excellent, and TV on the whole is a decent package which gives good clarity than the rival Chinese TVs and Sound, smart features are poor here. You can connect Bluetooth headphones but no option to disconnect them. I had to pair and unpair everytime. There is no voice command button on remote. Even while using the screen button for voice input, nothing gets recognised. My 3k Fire stick voice recognition was tooo good.

Screen quality is good. It’s been a month I bought it still working fine. Two main negatives are1• It doesn’t have default option to directly start on tata sky tv, we have to select hdmi option from input menu to select tata sky which one is plugged in.2• dosent allow us to command/choose volume up or down from set-top box remote (mine tata sky)We have use tv remove to change the volume setting.Other than that great tv, mine ps4 works fine with it great graphics. Conclusion: If someone ask’s me to if they Can buy it or notMine answer will be nor yes nor no.If we you want kinda cheap but decent quality tv and taking the risk on unknown tv brand on their reliability( just like me ) then go for it.Better then Samsung or Sony ??? Definitely no!!.
