SSD died in a month. Which is fine, I get it… sometimes parts go bad. That’s what warranties are for, right? Not for Razer.Laptop was boot looping to the BIOS; wouldn’t even attempt to load Windows. Support recommended I try the SSD in another computer to see if that’s the issue; I did, and it did not work in another machine either. I threw another SSD in the Razer and it booted up no problem, thus clearly proving the SSD is the issue. No big deal, they can just send me a new one right? Nope… They insisted that the only way I could get this replaced would be if I send the entire laptop in for “repair”.Considering I already had the laptop up and running with another SSD (albeit slower and smaller) why would I send it in and have no laptop for weeks when they could just send me a new SSD? I even offered to send in the bad SSD first, but they said there was no way I was getting a replacement unless I sent the entire laptop in for repair.Absurd. I ended up buying a new SSD instead. Not worth being without my laptop for that long. Absolutely unbelievable to have a $3000 laptop with such terrible warranty support. Buying Alienware next time as I know Dell actually stands by their products.STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

My laptop came with an intermittent charging issue, and I’m still dealing with it. I already sent this device to the Razer support team, and they stated that the problem was fixed, but after 2 weeks of use, the problem was back. Also, I only had a one-month warranty from Amazon to get a refund, and I am already out of the deadline to do so. I had heard that the Razer products have a low-quality control, but I didn’t take it seriously. Now I regret buying this one, and I will never repurchase any Razer product. So here is my advice if you are planning to buy this product:- If you don’t live in the USA or other countries supported by Razer:Don’t buy this laptop. They won’t pay for the shipping costs, and you will have to pay a lot to send the device to their support team. There is no warranty that the problem will be solved. So you can expect to do it more than once.If you live in the USA or other countries supported by Razer:- Don buy this laptop. If you want to have a laptop that looks like a Macbook, then buy a Macbook. It is not worth it to get this product as they have abysmal quality control, and you will be gambling with your money. Other laptops have the same or even better performance than this one, with even lower prices. So, don’t make the mistake I did and DON’T BUY THIS LAPTOP.

RAZER JUST LOOKS GOOD, the same value as a 500$ laptop.gets frozen 2 a day.no way to contact amazon or RAZER directly.

This thing is an absolute beast. It plays everything I throw at it and you can’t beat the portability.I recommend manually turning the fan speed up to almost max when you’re playing an intense game because the auto fan speed doesn’t keep it cool enough.

I purely use this for gaming and sometimes work. If. you’re looking for something you can use for work without it being plugged, this is not it. Battery life is atrocious (4-3 hours max) but that’s to be expected for a gaming laptop.Temps are around 80-89 Celsius. Buy a cooling pad as well.

Easily the best Windows Laptop out there. It is almost as slim and portable as a MacBook, minus the charging brick, but it still can run any game you throw at it at ease. But it is seriously overpriced in India. No one should pay anything more than 179k, let alone the 356k the seller is asking. And that too for an older generation, not even the current generation…
