The laptop works perfectly, very fast, quiet, no lags even with ultra graphics. Will definitely order from this company in the future.

I purchased this 2-3 weeks ago, when it came it seemed fine, I updated everything properly, seeked out proper drivers etc. but an hour into elden ring gameplay it blue screened and only got worse from there. Within 24 hours it was turned into a 5 pound paper rock that wouldn’t run without blue screening within 20 minutes to an hour. To make matters worse, company has offered no condolences, no communication and they had weeks to process refund and still have failed to do so. Proceed with caution folks.

This is a fine laptop. If you are naive like me when it comes to pc hardware and gaming specs, then I would advise away from this laptop if you plan on playing the latest games on High settings and up. First off, the laptop’s GPU, the “GTX 3050 ti” only has 4GB of vram. Most modern games utilize more vram than this, so you will struggle through higher settings. You will be able to play most games fine though, but for the price, it is a bit ridiculous. The upsides are the 2TB of ssd space, 64gb of ram, and a great cpu processor. Look for newer models of graphics cards, because this doesn’t cut it.

The media could not be loaded. I bout this in July. I have installed a VPN, AutoCAD and a couple of apps, like WhatsApp and Bluestacks. That’s it. This laptop was bought not for gaming, but I wanted the graphics card and benefits of having hardware that a serious gamer would use. I went all out and got the 64 RAM, 2TB HD… why not splurge bc this is going to me my AutoCAD work horse. It now crashes every 2 seconds. The screen is consistently scrambling then the computer freezes, crashes. If I ‘knock’ it with my wrist as I am reaching to type, the screen starts flickering, then it’s frozen. it’s been 5 MONTHS!!!!! 5 Months of really gentle use, as I have only used this at home for work… never transporting it anywhere, and it has NEVER fallen. Very very disappointed. I’ll update once I have dealt with customer service.
