This is my 2nd purchase of LG AIr conditioner one bought in 2016 non inverter for 35k and this one also bought for the same price after doing a lot of research but worth it. only difference is inverter. Remote has no radium dont knw why?? Difficult to identify the buttons in sleep😔 size is quite smaller and looks elegant. No horizontal swing so it’s a disadvantage. Overall a good product. Noiseless don’t knw abt energy efficiency using since 2 daysV don’t use sleep mode our AC runs till morning coz our pets also sleep with us in the same bedroom Installation cost me ₹4k🙄thought would be done for 1500 LG don’t provide drainage pipe which is the must they charge extra for it and the extra cost for the tape and the extended copper pipe. But LG customer support was excellent🤏👍one day delivery from Amazon, very next day technician called for installation. Installation was done by a professional technician, too good🤏🤏overall a very good product go for it 😍given 4 stars bcoz the remote has no radium.

Definitely quick delivery and price at Amazon. The best part was the LG installation folks…reading the comments, may be I was lucky. The unit came with copper wire. I had purchased earlier water pipe (@INR15/foot…LG was asking 25/foot) and already had spare power plug in house.The installation guys were very sober, professional and did a clean and meticulous work. They just asked for installation and outside bracket…total inr2300 ( 1415 installation + 875 bracket). The outside bracket even you buy from amazon @650..you have to pay ~ 250 for labour as its not part of std installation. The cost comes to same if you buy from them @875They did the IDU-ODU taping free. Water pipe clipping free and the wall drilling filled with white cement from outside. They cleaned the place and put everything in order.Of course, some chilled water and some fresh drink kept their morale high in this heat.In all, hassle free installation within 24 hrs.

AC is good , I bought this 3 star 1.5 ton AC in end June 2022, Cooling is good, my room size is 12ftx15ft This AC takes approx 5 min to chill my room AC has no sound Indoor as well as out door unit, only bad thing is installation charge , as per company norms it’s cost was rs 1145+gst but after installation they force me to paid rs 4487 that was too high, you can convert your Ac into 0.75 ton to 2 ton for half an hr, will update about energy efficiency after 1 month, but over all experience is good , your ac performance is depend upon on your Installation engineerReview update after one season use.Performance is good but time taken for cooling is increasedProduct is Energy efficient

Using it from last two month , product is awesome. Even in scorching summer days it take maximum 15 min to maintain temperature, 5 modes given are good to control the capacity of AC .In terms of noise till now it is awesome with absolute silent. In term of energy it consumes almost 1.5 unit for 2 hour operation at a temperature of 24 .But in terms of installation I felt it is costlier paid around RS 8300 , extra pipe used was around 6 mtr , Also for water drain installation person was adamant and was suggesting to put bucket however when I rejected it they agreed to connect drain pipe .

I am a regular LG customer…..And LG again did not disappointed me….It is good ac with gr8 features…. Specially the convertible feature provided by LG is awesome….. Efficient and quick cooling…..Now I will come to the installation partWhen I was buying the AC I saw that installation added was written….And I thought that complete installation is included….But there is a twist….It is not the installation cost which is included but only the call by Amazon to LG service center for installation is there.I request Amazon to kindly remove “free installation added” term from the product description as it is very deceptive….

Installion was smooth copper pipe was available with outdoor unit. They didnt charge me for any in addition. But i have a outdoor unit leak but no response from lg customer care when same was reported. Cooling is good. Will update on the leakage issue.Update: Go blindfold with the unit cooling is extremely good. Just check for copper pipe when deliverd. Leakage was sorted out. Rest LG is trusted brand.

Wow, amazing. I alway believe brands like Carrier, Mitsubishi and Daikin. I bought one Carrier one LG and one Daikin.I am extremely satisfied and happy with LG. It cools down the room (21 fx15 f) at 26/38 degree so damn fast I have to either turn it off or increase the temperature to 30. I was highly apprehensive, doubtful about going with LG aircons.Carrier (1.5 t in 21×15 f) and Daikin (1 t in 10×10 f) both have no match with this LG aircon. Later i recommend this to my sister and they too find it very effective.Observation made above are during scorching summer time.One thing is distance between indoor and outdoor units in case of LG is very very less.
