I bought this product @ 28k with all the offers added. For 28k it’s a very very good product and far better than the Chinese MI or Oneplus TVs.When I added my setup box (TataSky) the picture quality looks like I am watching in 360p but when I added some HD channels to my package it made a nice difference and it was okBut when you watch Netflix, Hotstar, Youtube or screencast any 4k movie from ur PC the picture quality of this TV is AWESOME but for some reason its not that great on DTH services.Once you receive and set up your TV, update to the latest software. Here are some Pro’s & Con’sPro’s :1) Big size low price2) The WebOS is smooth3) I love the remote (Very nice remote)4) Sound Quality is great but could have been improved but for the TV price it is great.. I will give 3.5 / 5 for sound5) Picture Quality is awesome when you watch Netflix, Hotstar, Prime, Youtube etc6) Easy to setupCon’s :1) Picture quality is not that great when you add a DTH service, I guess this can be improved with any future software updates. The picture quality on Hotstar, Netflix & Youtube is awesome.. so I believe a good update can do the magic for better picture quality on DTH services too…2) WiFi – You will have some trouble with this after connecting and you will see quite a few times you were not able to download/update apps because it says failed and you have to try more than once to work it.3) Voice Control – Not that great, they should work on this.4) Setting up Bluetooth will be a bit confusing at start but the connectivity is great.5) Alexa can only turn off TV and there’s nothing much you can do with Alexa either. If you have a nice budget and want a quality tv, I would not recommend you to buy this TV but if you are looking for a secondary TV with big size and ok ok type then go ahead with this one. This TV is far better than the MI or any Chinese brand.A note to reviewers: Whenever you review a product after purchase please include the price you bought for in the review this will help a lot on deals day to compare prices.

I purchased this 55″ TV during prime days in July of ’22 for 28.5k with 12mo no cost emi. I’ve been using it for about 3 days now. If I remember, I’ll come back in a few years and update.I was hesitant to buy a TV with so few ratings, but I took a gamble on the Tata name, and I think it paid off.Delivery and Installation were done within the promised time windows and professionally done. Good job Tata and amazon.Picture and sound quality are what I expected from a budget qled television. The various preset sound and picture c settings are fine. I’m not an audio/video-phile, so they are fine for me. I’m using the cricket video setting, since I think it will handle action and fast moving scenes better than the other settings. The magic remote really is very handy, with a mouse pointer controlled by your movement (like a Nintendo wii if you’ve ever played one). Once you get used to it, using other non-magic remotes is annoying. The ui and setting controls does feel like a budget tv. It’s functional, but not smooth. I personally like the android ui better on my other smart TVs.The two BIG cons for me were:1) it’s Alexa compatible in name only. You can’t really control anything using your Alexa device (I have echo, phone, and smart speaker which are Alexa enabled). This uses the LG ThinQ app to link to Alexa. Using the app, you can use your phone as a basic remote. The TV works as a stand alone Alexa device, using the mic on your remote (have to press button). You can’t control other Alexa smart devices. You can’t turn your TV on using Alexa, but you can turn it off. Once your TV is off, it’s offline. Probably saves a little power consumption this way, I guess. The built in voice recognition assistant (not Alexa) is good, for a budget device.2). The other annoying issue in the noticeable lag when connecting to sound system using Bluetooth. The audio is a split second behind the video. BUT THIS COULD BE AN ISSUE WITH MY SOUND BAR, and not the TV. I’ll try it with other Bluetooth speakers and update if necessary. If you can get this TV around 30k (for 55″), I’d highly recommend this product. It has all the basic smart TV functions, and more.

There are black spots appearing on the screen which is gradually increasing day by day. So kindly arrange engineering to fix the issue or arrange replacement. I have raised the concern with local croma store & even technician visit and accepted the technical isue with the TV.But he said that, since i have bought from Amazone so i need to raised ticket in Amazone for replacement or repare. So kindly arrange the technician to fix the issue
