Let me talk about the issues I’m facing:1. DNS problem.I’m facing problems connecting wifi to my laptop from my mobile (hotspot).This problem keeps coming up. Tried everything from YouTube but I need a professional here. This problem has ruined my meetings.2. A box shape keeps appearing on the left side of the screen and when I take the cursor there, it can’t click to anything. I have to restart when that happens…Ok… Having a problem connecting to customer service also.

It is fast and light. Camera is useless. Speakers are of no use, can not even listen to the audio properly. Sound Volume is very low. Boot speed is very good. Good for study but not for entertainment. Anti glare screen is good.

I bought this laptop 4 months ago. Almost everyday for 6 to 7 hours. I am using this laptop mainly for office purpose not for gaming. Laptop is very nice working perfect so far no error at all no hardware issue no software issue camera is not up to the mark but somehow it helps in video call. I like the fingerprint scanner. Main feature these laptop missing is keyboard lights. Seller is showing that this laptop has keyboard lights in the description there is no keyboard lights in actual laptop so be careful when you buy it. I will write performance review after 1 months so everyone gets a good idea of how it perform on long run.

First of all this is not a gaming laptop so let’s get that out of the way. This system came with an internal HDD kit which is used to expand the storage to 256 nvme + 1TB HDD. It also supports officially 4GB onboard + 8GB via slot = 12GB RAM. But I added crucial 16GB DDR 3200MHz ram to the laptop and it works great. Do note that the weight of the laptop is around 1.6-1.7kgs but if you add a mechanical drive it feels considerable heavy. Please check your warranty from Asus India website as mine was showing much before i received the order but that’s okay as Asus support rectified the warranty when i provided them with my invoice. Overall very happy with the laptop and total value for my buck.Things that are a miss with this laptop but if you’re okay with them like me just close your eyes and go for it and you won’t regret:No backlight keyboardWifi 5 with single antenna, although wifi is very stableI3 11gen CPU could have been 1125G4 with double core countBattery backup isn’t much with the tiny batteryNo LAN/RJ45 port and SD/Micro SD slot.No camera shutter

This is the third day of getting the laptop. Received in good package in time without tampering the seal and the Laptop seems good as per the money spent. I had an exchange of old laptop and the delivery person accepted it without any negative arguments.The major draw back is the color code of the key board. The light black fonts on the silver colour key board is not visible from the typing distance and to be looked very near especially the functions keys. Otherwise it is worth for the money spent.

1 star less for: Laptop speaker sound is too low, even in silent room movie dialogue can’t hear. Its feel like volume level set at 10 out of 100. You must required headphone.2nd star less for: price value is over approx 5-6k. Maximum 30k is enough for this laptop as compared to other laptops.
